Organised as part of the ongoing community programmes in the network group, to encourage the improvement of professional competences of trainers, technicians and students together with the transfer of methodologies and knowledge between countries of the European Union. • International seminar in Information Technology and Communication, held in Coria (E) during 14,15,16 May 1998.
• Seminar on the methodology of the Analysis of the Activities of Work, ASTER methodology, at Niort (F)
  Seminar on the advances in the use of New Technology, of Information Technology in Horticulture, at Otley College (UK)
• Development and the Internet held at Parthenay (F)
