MISSION

The need we intend to satisfy with this project is to develop a methodology for the training and orientation of disadvantaged people in the entrepreneurship field, centred on the idea that entrepreneurship is “knowledge” that you learn by “imitation”.

ACTIVITIES

KNOWLEDGE ANALYSIS

The objective of the cognitive analysis management is mainly the development of a mapping and a critical analysis of the different orientations, devices and models used, at EU level, to support vulnerable subjects occupational inclusion, through single and/or associated entrepreneurship promotion

ANALYSIS OF THE INFORMATION/TRAINING NEEDS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP’S MOTIVATIONAL ELEMENTS

Through a particular social research technique such as the "focus group", the objective set forth is to analyse the information/training needs and the motivations in relation to entrepreneurship.

ELABORATION OF MODEL TYPES

The objective of this intervention phase is to capitalize the results obtained until now, de-structuring and organizing into systems the validated elaborations, instruments and the approaches.

The promotion of disadvantaged subjects occupational inclusion through the support of self-entrepreneurship needs is, in this logic, both a creative and cognitive work, aiming at the elaboration of excellent models, materials, contents and instruments.
