Have an up to date perspective on each partner national eLearning policy, in a comparative perspective with the reality of the European Union.
Identify the added-value and the successful practices of ICT introduction in education and training processes developed by partners organisations ant others organisations in each partner territory/region.
Study the mechanisms for the transference of successful practices between organisations and partners territories

Elaborate indicators that can measure the added value of ICT penetration in education/training processes and establish criteria that allow to recognize successful practices of ICT introduction in these processes.
Know and characterize the added value and successful practices developed by the beneficiaries of this activity (see: beneficiaries).
Make public the indicators built and the respective illustrative examples and (2) the criteria defined and successful practices identified in each partner territory/region.-Identify, organise and promote transfer mechanisms of successful practices of ICT introduction in education/training processes
