The project is aimed to:

• Promote valuable employment by the way of working situations which:

• integrate workers in thinking and giving their opinion
• allow workers to participate in working organisation
• educate workers

• Integrate development ways that create human relations which allow an access to:

• education
• acknowledgment of workers’ experience and knowledge
• prevention
• security of persons and products

• Facilitate new relationships between employers and salaried employees by the way of an opened social dialogue

• Create real dynamics of value and innovation, and an opening on the european context by developing human relationships in agricultural firms.
