Objectives:
- To share experiences and good practices models in professional formation of youths and adults, who are in situation of difficulties with labour insertion and social exclusion risk.
- To interchange experiences between the different centres of non due professional formation of youths and adults with social exclusion risk and difficulties with labour insertion on a rural basis.
- To look over the existing experiences about occupational professional formation on rural basis.
- To plan new proposals those promote the improvement of the labour opportunities of youths and adults, especially women elders than forty, in accordance with the current necessities of the rural zones.
- To motivate youths and adults towards a continuous professional formation, faced with the necessity of apprenticeship throughout the life with the purpose of make easy their labour and social insertion and promotion.
The project will be centred on the continuous professional formation that directly impacts over the emergence of new jobs and the protection of other jobs related with the protection and conservation of the environment as a resource for the sustainable development of these areas.
Activities:
Phase A: Year 1
A.I. Compilation / Interchange of good practices in professional formation destined for the collectives of action.
A.II. Analysis of the strong and weak points of each identified practices.
A.III. A proposal of improvement of the weak points identified by the contribution of solutions that had been proved and validated by other associates, particularly thanks to the ICT.
A.IV. Interchange of the experiences and the results analysed by each partner and agreement by the partnership:
A:V Modelling of practices in function of the socio-economic context, the opportunities of the territory about sustainable development, the collectives of action and the sort of formation.
Phase B: Year 2
B.I. Application of these practices to the collectives of action, as a trial experience.
B.II. Readjust of the models according to the experience.
B.III. Interchange of experiences between students and teachers.
B.IV. Creation of one guide of good practices.
Collectives:
Adults in social exclusion situation and/or difficulties to find a job for reasons of age, geographical or ethnic origin, and sex or for want of qualification in rural zones
Teachers that works in the professional formation centres for adults, that have the responsibility of orientate and educate in labour insertion.
Expected results:
The interchanges will contribute to:
The cooperation between European Organisms originated from the new and old member states.
Consider the human capital of the rural territories as an essential element for the start of politics of sustainable development of these territories.
Contribute to the identification of the collectives as protagonists in their own right that contribute to the sustainable development of their territories.
Continuous training for the trainers.
The use’s promotion of the TIC in formation, especially when brings solutions that allow to promote its access.
Final product:
A CD presents the results obtained during the project. In each directory of good practise, you will find a short description of the good practise identified by the partnership in its professional context. For each of them, you will find one or several forms describing practical cases illustrating the good practise proposed. If necessary, practical cases are illustrating by a practical example. This one is translated in the mother tong of the partner. The good practises from 1 to 21 concern the professional education training, those from 22 to 41 the training of the teachers. Contacts:
