The project will work over 3 years to support the teachers in their work with students/pupils who are difficult to be motivated and often do not have sufficient committed to their studies which may lead to them dropping out from school;

Exchanging ideas in teaching methods to improve the teaching of students with special needs;

Help students and their teachers to understand and to accept the reality that they are living in a united Europe and that they need to be tolerance to people who have immigrated from other countries or minority groups living in their neighbourhoods.

Participation in the International Work Based Learning Seminar in Mikkeli, Finland on 28 Nov 2005

Visits with teachers and students to all of the partner colleges to Exchange experiences and interact with others
