1.
The improvement of the vocational training and of the opportunities for development through the links, the interaction and the exchange between training centres, enterprises, professional and research organisations.
For this reason the following areas of work are employed:
-
The analysis, in the national plan and in the community, of the evolution of sectors and the professional profiles.
-
The construction and the changes in the organisation of work.
-
The improvement of educational tools.
-
The training of trainers.
-
The exchange of individuals.
-
The following development
initiatives.
2.
The accompaniment and qualitative support for the transfer of technology and methodology between the regions and countries of the European Union.
To achieve this the following lines of work are pursued:
-
The planning of activities of European integration of the regions towards networks of trade, training centres of culture and development or for institutions of the European Union and of its member states.
-
The search for partners and the construction of specialised networks of organisations and businesses of Europe for the joint presentation and implementation of projects of transnational cooperation.
-
The development of methodologies ad hoc to realise activities of transnational cooperation, especially those linked to vocational training and regional development.
- The implementation of projects, their management or promotion at a neighbouring country or European context according to the demands of European regions or their representative organisations.
Since its foundation in 1992, the partners of Nymphea have participated in numerous programmes operating in the European
Union, amongst these are the programmes PETRA, EUROTECNET, EUROFORM, EMPLOYMENT
(NOW, YOUTHSTART, INTEGRA, HORIZON) ADAPT, LEONARDO DA VINCI and within them the programme Task Force “Mutual Recognition of
Qualifications".
This route has achieved an improvement in the quality of our know how, it has enabled us to acquire a great deal of experience in transnational activities and to develop appropriate methods of working which facilitates activities and the achievement of results for all of the members integrated into the
network.
It is difficult to highlight concrete achievements, as many of these have been activities which occur between the partner organisations in their participation within the network, but some of these actions have been converted into common areas of mainstream work, constantly innovative, through the following objectives:
-
Participate in the process of transparency of qualifications and offer as a result of this complementary training at a European level.
-
Transfer methodologies and knowledge through the mobility of experts and trainers and in the development of European modules.
-
Implement studies of the new trends in the sectors which are in common with members of the association.
-
Offer new opportunities in the technology of IT and communications.
