| Description |
| The National Coordination of Care Communities (C.N.C.A.) is established in Turin
in October 1980, when a first group of people meets to compare plans and strategies able to tackle the emerging problem of drug addiction and social exclusion. In 1982 the Programmatic Document is drawn up. Ever since the Federation has kept its distinctive feature of being an opportunity of comparison and cohesion for all those realities that, all over Italy, provide care, social rehabilitation, education, training as organizations culturally and politically committed in giving their contribute to social justice. |
